We traveled with our entire family of 5 including our son who was adopted from Vietnam, going back for the first time. Top Asia Tour, with the help of Lily, fashioned a perfectly balanced trip of tours, an excursion to his birth town and orphanage, down time, and excursions. My teenage boys loved the experience from beginning to end May 19 ,2022 An Excellent Short Tour Firstly, our tour guide David has provided support and comfort beyond his expectations and his role. He has bought everyone under his arm looking after each and every one. Has always been there even in odd times to finding out or arranging best of what's needed. The experience and transports and accomodation has been great, different and memorable, doubt we would have done this as an individual trip. Apr 29 ,2022 The amazing experience of a lifetime! My 23-yo daughter and I had the experience of a lifetime on this trip. I am an experienced traveler but for our first time in Thailand I decided to book an organized tour and it was fabulous. Apr 07 ,2022 A trip of a lifetime! every detail & top attention from staff. So fortunate to have TopAsiaTour for our adventure in Thailand. Tony & Big were so attentive & fun!! Riding in Tuktuks allowed for open-air excitement on the curvy mountain roads & accommodations were wonderful thanks B team for everything! Apr 06 ,2022 What a trip! Thank you for arranging such a fantastic trip to Thailand. This was my first holiday since the pandemic. Our guide Linda was amazing from the minute we met to saying our goodbyes. What a great way to discover a country with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. She made sure we were all ok, healthy and happy with any suggestions she made. It was so nice to be with someone so full of energy - all week, with 9 of us! And so caring. Linda also gave us flexibility in what we wanted to do so it really felt like we were friends on a trip with someone who knew what she doing. I would highly recommend a trip like this and I will be looking to book my next tour next year. Itâs nice to not have to think about every step of the trip as I usually work out my own itinerary and try to see as much as possible when I visit a country, but this was all taken care of and I definitely experienced things I wouldnât have been able to were I alone. The quality of accommodation and transport was fantastic as well. See you next year! Dec 25 ,2021 honestly the best! The Thai Experience trip with the tour operator was honestly the best! There was so much included in the trip and the accommodation was top notch. The guide was really well organised and lovely! We've already booked to go to Sri Lanka next year. Dec 14 ,2021 Excellent Both Jose and Nancy are very friendly, funny, responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized people, who love their job. I'm feeling lucky that exactly they were my tour guides. I strongly recommend them. Also thanks to TopAsiaTour, you really make me a lifetime trip to Asia. Definitely will travel with TopAsiaTour again. Sep 15 ,2021 So glad I booked to travel to Thailand through TopAsiaTour . Amazing activities, an awesome tour guide and everything was stress-free, didnât have to worry about a thing. There was a good mix of culture, fun and chilled time. Iâve made friends for life during the tour and cannot wait for my next tour with Top Asia Tour! Feb 10 ,2020 We had the best time! I went on the Thai Experience Tour arranged by Top Asia Tour and I can't recommend it more! I had the best time traveling with an amazing bunch of people. Before this trip I was a first-time solo traveller. The accommodation, the food and all the activities were so well planned and special. My highlights were the floating bungalows, the visit to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Sarana Bungalows. My tour guide Ben was awesome and always around whenever we needed him and he made sure we had the best time! Feb 01 ,2020 My experience with Top Asia Tour Best of Thailand 9 Day tour was phenomenal. We got to do so many activities while still having some free time to explore on our own. Every activity was perfectly timed, incredibly well done and organized, and all the guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made sure every person had an amazing time. I would definitely love to travel with TopAsiaTour again. Jan 30 ,2020 Grace came and picked us up from the airport in Bangkok she was really friendly messaging us to make sure we knew she would be there and she got the taxi to the hotel with us and told us what there was in the area for us to see. She was always contactable for any questions or problems even before our tour started. We then met Ming and Oat the following day on the first night of the tour who were so friendly and took the time to get to know us and spend the time with us. We also met our tour guide Gun who is so friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. Grace, Ming, Oat and Gun have made this whole experience amazing with their support, fun and knowledge of the places. They were all constantly taking pictures of our group having fun and making memories that will last a lifetime. The first 8 days with Ming, Grace and Oat were so lovely as they are doing such a great job, they are all going to be such great tour guides! Nothing was ever too much to ask any of them and they always checked to make sure you are okay! Thank you to all of them for making the experience amazing! Jan 09 ,2020 First time using Top Asia Tour and have to say we were very impressed, we canât wait to book our next trip, Brendan is an absolutely legend of a tour guide and really helpful. He even organised a fantastic surprise for our honeymoon! Dec 12 ,2019 I am really happy with the organisation, both tour guide were really helpful un every moment needed. The activities prepared.. everything was great. Dec 11 ,2019 A great overall trip, we were able to see the countries and learn a lot of the history in the areas. The highlights for me were the personal encounters with the local people and being able to see how they live. Dec 02 ,2019 The guides were polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and had good fun. They were happy to fit in a few extra stops/sights that customers were keen to visit. Great accommodation and a wide range of activities, sights and experiences provided. Excellent experience all around. Sep 27 ,2019 Excellent organisation. Great hotels, well chosen restaurants. Knowledgeable tour guides, especially Laki in Vietnam who went out of his way to make sure we were informed and entertained Sep 21 ,2019 Wow! Wow! Every single second of this trip was incredible! Our local guide was down to earth, helpful and really easy to talk to. She went above and beyond for us and made everything just a little bit more special. Aug 13 ,2019 A well-planned tour took in some excellent places and sights. Hotels were to the standard expected, and some exceeded. Our tour guide, York, was superb - very knowledgeable, informative with a great sense of humour. Would certainly recommend Top Asia Tour Aug 06 ,2019 We really loved Thailand and Laos, the accommodation was great and the trips excellent as were both our guides the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because when we arrived in Bangkok early morning after a sleepless flight we were told our room would not be ready till 2pm. We were exhausted but had to wait in the reception for 4-5 hrs even though the hotel was half empty due to coronavirus. We did understand that is hotel's regulation. I would just like to say that our guide Ken was exceptional. He helped us to communicate with the hotel and let us check in around 10 He also would not leave us until we were at the airport with tickets in hand. I really do hope that you recognise his dedication and professionalism. May 20 ,2019 This was my third tour. As a single traveller I always feel safe and welcomed. Amazing to see three countries in two weeks. The guides were exceptional. Apr 18 ,2019 Yes, I would recommend TopAsiaTour and use again. Lily who helped me with my booking was friendly and efficient and took her time to sort out any queries I had. She also kept contact with us during trip to ensure we had a good time. All the guide and drivers are patient and kind. TopAsiaTour offer great holidays and we would certainly use them again. Apr 07 ,2019 I Just have to share an amazing adventure I experienced not so long ago in Phi Phi islands. I wanted to do something different so I decided to do the Antrek jungle trek !! wow, that was probably one of the best things I did! We trekked in the jungle, side by side with monkeys and beautiful nature!! We walked to the highest top of the island, down to an paradise lonely beach where we could swim and watch the most beautiful sunset I saw!! Mar 08 ,2019 We started our tour in Phuket city where we met up with Gun at our hotel, had a few hours to settle in and have a look around, dinner was lovely on Patong beach, had a wander around the town and filled in with culture about the surroundings from Gun Feb 22 ,2019 Jeremy was great! He had lots of energy and kept the group upbeat even in bouts of long travel. Great experiences of the nightlife throughout this trip, and a good organized way to see different areas. We definitely could not have seen Thailand without Jeremy! He was intuitive to everyone's needs and very welcoming. Definitely made lifelong friends on this trip! The accommodation was comfy beds with subpar bathrooms but that's Thailand! Traveling was hard but not much Top Asia Tour could do about that, they kept it organized! Thanks for the great memories! Feb 13 ,2019 We have been planning a trip with Top Asia Tour for the past few weeks. 3 girlfriends and I are traveling to Thailand in January. We started looking at big bus trips, since we donât know the country or language but didnât like the restrictions of doing only what they had on their itinerary. I research trips thoroughly and discovered Top Asia Tour. Again, I researched them as much as possible but didnât find any red flags so started working with Joyce. What a wonderful experience! She is very professional and pleasant. She adjusted our itinerary, answered all questions, and organized an amazing trip. She answered promptly. I was a little hesitant about working with a company in China, but the deposit was made through PayPal which made me feel better. I will post again when we return, but I anticipate a fabulous trip. Thank you, Joyce, for all your help! I hope I can work with you again in the future. Dec 05 ,2018 Our guide was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with our ongoing travel as well. She gave us advice with any other activities the whole way through. Busy itinerary with time for chilling as well. Nov 30 ,2018 We thought the tour was well-planned and organised. We enjoyed eating most meals in local restaurants. Yes, we would consider TopAsiaTour tours again. We found all three guides very good, they were informative and genuinely interested in telling us about their respective countries. Nov 06 ,2018 From when our guide picked us up at Bangkok until we left Laos the holiday was well organized and with a good range of activities. The guides were very knowledgeable. The only drawback to the holiday was that being vegetarian we seem to have well-cooked but rather bland tasting dishes. Eating at different restaurants meant that we quite often had similar dishes throughout the holiday. Oct 25 ,2018 We loved the full itinerary with York throwing in a few little extras like stopping in a field to watch the farmers harvesting rice and thenbeing offered a chance to have a go. Good vallue for money with so much packed into the itinerary and good flights Feb 14 ,2018 Amazing! I really enjoyed every part of it. Thailand, the accommodations, the tour itinerary, arrangement & our guide were all incredible. Dec 03 ,2017 We had 22 wonderful days in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Every time we arrived in a new place, there was always someone waiting for us. This really comforted us a lot. Reduce our nervous feeling in a totally strange place with no language understanding. We were picked up from the airport with our luggage stored in a van every time then assisted on hotel check-in and toured with our private chauffeur and tour guide. Our tour guides are very professional and knowledgeable about their country and history and made us feel very welcome and relaxed like touring with old friends. Nov 15 ,2017 Culturally Rich, Busy Programme - Loved it! The tour is short but with a busy programme and lots to see so you feel you get the most out of this 7 days itinerary. Enjoyed the tour. Thanks Mar 06 ,2017 For anyone that wants adventure and a fabulous experience, I would suggest the 11 day Thailand Experience tour with Top Asia Tour. So much fun. Words cannot express how wonderful the guides were, and how they took care to keep us safe and teach us about the beautiful country of Thailand. Lots of walking, but at 75 years old, I did fine. So many places that most tourists donât even know exist. . So very happy I did this trip. More

Here are some of the changes you may see on your trip Arrival safety meetings Most trips have an arrival meeting on the first day where the guide or local team will run through the trip, the safety protocols, and to answer any questions you may have. Now more than ever it is important you arrive in time for these meetings. Proof of vaccination or negative covid test For the safety of all travellers, at the start of some trips you may be required to show evidence that you are fully vaccinated 14 days after your second dose and/or show evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the tour start date in order to join the programme. Updated hygiene and safety procedures Our suppliers and partners have health and safety procedures in place on all of our trips. These protocols will be updated and adapted as a response to the Coronavirus outbreak, dependent on local restrictions and laws. Transport and accommodation choices Our suppliers and partners choose the accommodation and transport on our trips very carefully, and you may see a change to what would normally be used as a response to the outbreak. This may involve such changes as enhanced use of private transport or quieter accommodation. Trained and knowledgeable staff Our staff in the UK are trained to help you with your trip before you depart and answer any questions you may have. In addition, the local team and guides on our trips are there to help with any health and safety concerns and to ensure our trips run safely and smoothly. Reduced group sizes Some trips will run with reduced group sizes to start with. You may find that trips are more intimate and chilled, whilst still being packed with fun and adventure. Healthcare Your guide or the local team will be on hand to help you seek medical attention should you require it during your trip. As medical facilities and standards can vary around the world, you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before you depart to cover you for any medical emergencies. 24/7 emergency support We operate an emergency phone line for our travellers abroad. This is operated by a UK based member of staff 24/7 if you have a genuine emergency or urgent matter that you need attending. It is important that you take measures to make travelling safer for yourself and others around you. Ensure you frequently wash your hands, cover your face when you sneeze and cough, bring and use your own hand sanitiser and facial coverings/masks, and enable social distancing where necessary. You should also ensure you listen to the instructions and guidance of the local team at all times, and follow all local laws and restrictions.
